Our ServSafe Food Safety Courses are a one-day format, with same-day class and exam. A forty-five minute to one-hour break for lunch will be given. Students are on their own for lunch and are free to leave the testing site. The exam usually begins around 3pm. Students are allowed two hours for the exam. Once the student has completed the exam, they are dismissed.
