As an experienced leader in the restaurant industry, I am very aware of the day-to-day challenges in food service. Managing the certification status of your staff can be daunting and time-consuming. We will train, certify, and track course participants to provide timely reminders as well as local course offerings when recertification is required. Recertification Reminders
Our ServSafe Food Safety Courses are a one-day format, with a comprehensive six-hour class and exam. A forty-five minute to one-hour break for lunch will be given. Students are on their own for lunch and are free to leave the testing site. The exam usually begins around 3pm. Students are allowed two hours for the exam. Once the student has completed the exam, they are dismissed.
The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification program, developed by the NRA, is nationally recognized and certified by ANSI. It is designed to meet today’s food safety challenges and fulfill state requirements for Certified Food Protection Managers.
